FLVS Flex

Create a uniquely customizable experience and learn when and where you want with individualized attention from your teachers through FLVS Flex. Choose from innovative Kindergarten-5th grade options for elementary students or more than 190 free middle and high school courses with year-round enrollment and 24/7 course availability. Start and finish a semester whenever you choose, like over the summer or during the school year. Get ahead and graduate early, make up a credit, or simply find a course your school doesn’t offer.

FLVS Full Time

Designed for diploma-seeking students who prefer to enroll with an online public school that follows the traditional 180-day academic calendar, FLVS Full Time runs from August to June and combines the structure of a traditional school with the flexibility of online learning. As a fully-accredited, comprehensive, full-time Kindergarten-12th grade public school, FLVS Full Time becomes the primary school of record for students who enroll and issues high school diplomas to graduating seniors.

Open and free to all Florida students, courses are available 24/7 online. FLVS Full Time students take a standard public school course load of six courses per semester, meeting public school attendance and testing requirements—including EOCs and FSAs.

Homeschoolers

FLVS is homeschooling made simple. Study from home and plan your own schedule with support from our certified instructors. We’re accredited by Cognia and the NCAA approves all of our core courses. FLVS Global School

Through FLVS Global School, students in all 50 states and more than 65 countries around the world can take online courses with FLVS. More than 180 courses are available 24/7, so you can have access to core (NCAA-approved), elective, honors and Advanced Placement (AP) courses no matter where you live. Our courses are just as real as the dedicated, certified teachers who teach them. All FLVS Global School teachers are certified in the subjects they teach.

Aside from direct access to FLVS teachers, students have opportunities to connect with one another. As an FLVS Global School student, you will have access to more than 30 clubs and activities that meet both online and face-to-face.

County Virtual Schools

At FLVS, we work with school districts across the state to offer a wide variety of middle and high school courses ranging from core courses and electives to honors and AP. Together, FLVS and your county virtual school offer more than 190 online courses, all free to Florida students.
