District Newsletter
The FLVS Insider is a key communication tool designed to keep families, staff, and community members informed and engaged. Each edition features important updates, upcoming events, student highlights, and resources to support learning and connection across our schools. Whether you’re looking for policy changes, program announcements, or celebrations of success, the newsletter offers a consistent and accessible way to stay in the loop with what’s happening across the district. The newsletter is sent quarterly to all full time families.
Weekly School Emails
Each Sunday, FLVS Full Time sends out a weekly email with important updates, reminders, and highlights. These messages help families stay in the loop and support students in staying on track. Be sure to keep your contact information updated in FOCUS to make sure you receive communications.

Course Communications
For FLVS Flex families, communication happens primarily through direct outreach from your student’s teachers and emails from Virtual School Administrator (VSA).

These messages include important updates, reminders, and resources to help you stay informed and engaged throughout the school year. To ensure you receive important updates, make sure your contact information is current in Virtual School Administrator (VSA).
