National Teen Driver Safety Week is Oct. 20-26, 2019. With more than 800,000 licensed teen drivers in the state of Florida, Florida Virtual School (FLVS) is encouraging parents to take this opportunity to discuss the importance of driving safety with their teen drivers and to address the most dangerous driving behaviors for teen drivers: alcohol, lack of seat belt use, distracted driving and speeding. Today, more than 46,000 students take the Driver Education/Traffic Safety course annually through Florida Virtual School.Related News
