The Florida Virtual School (FLVS) Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Florida Virtual School, a statewide online public school district, is proud to announce that local Largo/Clearwater resident, Michelle Roos, is the recipient of the FLVS Foundation’s College Smart Start Scholarship.
