Winder began her career in 1992 as a world geography teacher in Orange County Public Schools and joined FLVS in 2003 as a social studies instructor. Over more than two decades, she has served as academic integrity manager, instructional mentor, instructional leader, and senior director of student learning, helping shape FLVS into a national model for virtual education.
