EOC Assessments

What is the End-of-Course Assessment?

The Education Code in the Florida Statutes mandates that public school students take the statewide, standardized End-of-Course (EOC) Assessment that correlates with the EOC course in which they are enrolled.  

Districts determine the exact dates for each test administration. Some districts may have specific rules/restrictions for each test administration.

Florida Standards Assessment (FSA) Algebra 1 EOC:

  • September 9­–27, 2019
  • December 2–20, 2019
  • February 24–March 13, 2020 (Retake administration for seniors only)
  • May 1–29, 2020
  • July 13–24, 2020

Florida Standards Assessment (FSA) Geometry EOC:

  • September 9­–27, 2019
  • December 2–20, 2019
  • May 1–29, 2020
  • July 13–24, 2020
Next Generation Sunshine State Standards (NGSSS) Biology 1 EOC:
  • September 9­–27, 2019
  • December 2–20, 2019
  • May 1–29, 2020
  • July 13–24, 2020

Next Generation Sunshine State Standards (NGSSS) US History EOC:

  • September 9­–27, 2019
  • December 2–20, 2019
  • May 1–29, 2020
