Stress to Peace: Self-Care for Students
Imagine you had a roadmap—a guide that will help you with studying, focusing, and getting through life successfully. This goal is within your reach if you learn the importance of creating your own self-care routine. True self-care is about emotional, mental, physical, and social fulfillment. You need all these things to keep up with your personal wellbeing.
In this workshop, you will learn to take a proactive approach to pursuing your health and wellness by reflecting on your own practice of self-care, exploring, and engaging in self-care activities.

By using the My Next Move tool, you will get a better understanding of your career interests, discover which careers have a bright outlook, and find out which schools offer education and training, which will prepare you for that newfound career interest!
