Tracking new and returning students for COVID-19 is required for accurate reporting and accountability.
Public School Districts, Charter Schools, and Private Schools
All students who are using FLVS courses for COVID-19 must be tagged, labeled, and/or tracked as COVID-19 to receive the FLVS courses for free. School Districts/Schools are required to provide FLVS proper documentation on students and enrollments related to COVID-19 relief.
County Virtual Schools are required to track new and returning students in the FLVS Virtual School Administrator (VSA) if students are taking courses specifically because of COVID-19 concerns.
To track COVID-19 students, virtual teachers must select “COVID-19 Student Support Project” in the Student Data Confirmation page under the Disaster Relief Campaign section.
Additionally, teachers must select “Yes” for the Disaster Field after selecting “COVID-19 Student Support Project.”
