If you live in one of the following districts, please follow the link below to apply for admissions and request courses from your district’s FLVS Franchise. The seven franchises are part of the FLVS family. Students who live in
franchise districts have the option of taking courses through your
district's virtual school OR through FLVS. When choosing courses during
registration, you will see the list of Franchise courses first and the
FLVS
courses next.
You may decide to take one course through your franchise
and another through FLVS. Either way, you enjoy the same quality
courses.

--As stipulated by the Florida K-20 Education Code (s.1002.20), parents have the right to choose educational options such as Florida Virtual School for their children. A student’s full-time school may not deny access to courses offered by FLVS assuming that the desired online course(s) is an appropriate course placement based on the student’s academic history, grade level, and age.--
