SIEGEL: Student Editor
Autumn
Siegel is a sophomore at FLVS and the student editor of
News in a Click. Journalistically, she has contributed
to our school newspaper since the first issue while also writing
regularly for the St. Petersburg Times and participating
in the High School Journalism Program at the prestigious Poynter
Institute. Originally from Daytona Beach, Autumn is also a
member of the varsity swimming and track teams at the local
high school, but can sometimes be found acting in community
theater productions, walking her dog, Markey, attending sports
events at UF, and watching The Late Show with David Letterman.
Interesting
fact: Her odd nicknames include DafunkyElvischick,
Sassy, cowgirl, Audi, literary chick, Nickel, the insomniac,
Steph, Squiggy, Baseball baby, and April.

KASSIE
EDWARDS
On
July 21, 1986, Kassie May Edwards was born into this world,
the fourth child of her mother Verona Dodd-Wright, and her
father Milton Clarke, who died when she was 8. She is now
a junior at Lakewood High School, home of the mighty "Spartans."
She lives in Saint Petersburg, Florida, with her stepdad and
mother. In her free time she participates in extra curricular
activities like drama, Peer Connecting, Student Government,
and art. She gives to her community through Red Cross Teen
Corps, her neighborhood Crime Watch, and Saint Pete Youth
Council. After high school Kassie plans to attend a 4-year
university to study interior design.

GUILLERMO
CANCIO
Guillermo
Cancio is a 17-year-old senior in the IB Program at Boyd H.
Anderson High School. He currently resides in Broward County.
Guillermo is VP and Founder of the Model United Nations at
his high school. He enjoys swimming, is on the varsity Water
Polo team (left drive or d-hole), and works with DeMolay International.
Guillermo hopes to eventually rule the planet-muuah! but he
would settle for an island in the pacific. He hopes to study
philosophy and political science at a university (Bowdoin
or FSU or YALE). Being a delegate to the United Nations is
high on his list of goals for the future and he believes he
can do that and more . . . |
