Step 3 - Remember these test tips:

Take your tests for the first time by the end of junior year! This will give you enough time to prepare and retake the test if you need to.

Practice, practice, practice! The more time you spend practicing for the test, the better prepared you will be for the real thing.

Bring extra pencils! You can never have too many no. 2 pencils, remember to bring one or two spares along in case one breaks during test time.

Take an educated guess! Remember, the SAT and ACT are full of multiple choice questions. If you can eliminate one or definite wrong answers, your odds of getting the question right go way up!

Answer easy questions first! You only get credit for the questions that you answer right, so why spend too much time focusing on the hard questions? Answer all of the easy questions first, then go back and try the hard ones.
