Least Common Multiple (LCM)
The smallest (least) multiple that the two numbers have in common (the same).
Example, the LCM of 2 and 3: Multiples of 2 are 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, etc. Multiples of 3 are 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, etc. The smallest multiple they have in common is 6.
Like Terms
Terms with the exact same variables with the exact same exponents for the variables
