Welcome to Wellville. In this virtual town, you will develop your own workout log in which you will record your cardiovascular, flexibility, and strength and endurance activities. You will learn about proper weight, good diet, and managing stress. As you progress through the course, you will feel your energy level increase. And by the end of the course, you will have developed the kind of healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

| Course Assessment and Participation Requirements: | Besides engaging students in challenging curriculum, FLVS guides students to reflect on their learning and to evaluate their progress through a variety of assessments. Assessments can be in the form of self-checks, practice lessons, multiple choice questions, writing assignments, projects, essays, oral assessments, and discussions. Instructors evaluate progress and provide interventions through the variety of assessments built into a course, as well as through contact with the student in other venues. |
