Rita Kienle

Rita Kienle received a Bachelor's degree in Business Education with a minor in Business in 1994 from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Art's degree in Instructional Technology/Media: Educational Technology from the University of Central Florida in 1998.

Rita began her teaching career in 1994 at the middle school level. Since then she has had a wide variety of work experiences. She has worked for Orange County in the Instructional Technology Department as a teacher trainer, assisting teachers with incorporating technology into their classrooms and in the Workforce Education Department as a business education resource teacher. Rita has also worked for the Instructional Technology Resource Center at the University of Central Florida assisting with the development of online courses. Rita has taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Central Florida and Seminole Community College . Rita worked full time for the Florida Virtual School from 1999-2006. She served in many different roles during her full time years. She was an Instructor, Web Development Specialist, Project Manager and Director.

Rita is currently working as an adjunct business teacher for the Florida Virtual School while she works full time at St. Margaret Mary School in Winter Park , Florida . She is proud to be an educator preparing students with the skills that will help them succeed in the future.

When she is not working, Rita enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and son. Rita and her husband also enjoy coaching Girls Lacrosse at Winter Park High School .
