There are some essential jobs that must be performed at the highest level. There are some exceptional employees who help ensure the success of their company or organization.  As the person who frequently makes first contact with the parents and students of Florida Virtual School, Nolini Ally is a key staff member who takes great care of her customers.

Customer service is a key asset that Ms. Ally brings to her job.  Whether answering questions on the phone, or greeting visitors to her school’s offices, Ms. Ally knows how to make people feel welcomed and well cared for. 

Ms. Ally’s prior experiences include caring for the needs of patients as an optometric technician.  She also served as a volunteer at Health Central Hospital in Orange County, Florida.  In that capacity, she did everything from greeting patients at the front desk, to developing x-rays in the hospital’s radiology department.

At FLVS, Ms. Ally finds particular satisfaction in helping students obtain the kind of courses that answer their specific needs.  She also assists with maintaining and updating student records, and processing home school verifications.

Ms. Ally earned her Associate in Arts degree in General Studies from Valencia Community College in Orlando.  She is currently working on an Associate in Science degree in Medical Office Administration.
