Mary McCool has a B.S. from Florida State University where she received the Most Outstanding Senior in Physical Education Award and a M.Ed. from the University of North Florida in Educational Leadership. Her teaching experience includes teaching physical education in elementary, middle, and high school. In addition, she has taught life science and science technology. Her career has included the development of several award-winning programs aimed at improving physical fitness and coordinating many school science fairs. For Florida Virtual School , Mrs. McCool has taught Personal Fitness, helped develop Fitness Lifestyle Design, and served as e-Learning Manager for Northeast Florida .
As a native Floridian, Mary enjoys the beach and all water sports. In addition, snow skiing and gardening are also favorite pastimes.
