Martin Kelly graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. in
History and a Minor in Classics and Education. He then went on through
Proteach at UF to graduate with an MA in Instruction and Curriculum.
Mr. Kelly began teaching in 1993 at River Ridge Middle/High School in Pasco
County. He taught there until 2001 when he began teaching full-time with
the Florida Virtual School. While at the traditional school, he served on
numerous committees and acted as Team Leader for his 6th Grade Team.
While at FLVS, Mr. Kelly has taught Global Studies and AP US History,
developed the AP US History course, revised the AP Macroeconomics and
Microeconomics courses, and created 3 AP Review courses. He also worked as
an Application Development Specialist in 2003-4. Mr. Kelly is currently a
Project Manager with the Development Team.
