At Florida Virtual School, there is a direct link between serving the needs of students and valuing the teachers and staff who serve them.  It is the kind of approach that first attracted Lindsay Page to FLVS.  Valuing employees and coworkers is also the approach that has characterized Ms. Page’s career in human resources.

In her current position, Ms. Page assists FLVS managers in creating a work environment of fairness and trust, where policies and procedures ensure excellence in service.  She appreciates the opportunity to work as a member of a team, creating opportunities for all employees to support the mission of their school.

Prior to joining the staff at FLVS, Ms. Page worked as a human resource generalist for five years at Impac Funding Corporation.  During that time, she received the Above and Beyond Award for outstanding, leadership, teamwork and customer service.  Her goal was to support her company’s operations with the efficient processing of all matters relating to hiring and employment.

At FLVS, Ms. Page continues her goal of providing quality HR support and guidance.  She is pleased to work in a dynamic environment where her own personal expectations support the growth of a student-centered school.

Ms. Page earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from the University of Florida.  She remains a loyal supporter of Gator football, and is proud the claim the distinction of being a native of Central Florida.
