For Mr. Roesch, fairness and quality go hand-in-hand.  A quality HR department supports quality work from employees.  Clarity in employee policies along with fairness in implementing those policies ensures that employees understand their rights and responsibilities.  This approach to quality has been a hallmark of Mr. Roesch’s previous positions including his work as senior manager of operations and quality control for the Hertz Corporation, and as assistant financial planner for Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Roesch who confesses his long-standing interest in a career in education, is pleased to support the mission of FLVS to make high-quality instruction available to all students.  He believes that his school’s model for online education will impact educational practice throughout the country.

Mr. Roesch earned his B.S.B.A. degree in Business Management from the University of Central Florida, with an emphasis in employment law, labor relations, and employee training and development.  He is a native Floridian who resided in the Orlando area with his wife Angela, son Ed Roesch Jr. (E.J.), and daughter Anna Faith.
