After teaching in a traditional classroom for 10 years, Cindy began working at FLVS in 1999 as an instructor and course developer. She created and taught AP US Government and Politics. She later worked as a curriculum specialist where she endeavored to include innovations in courseware and student accommodations.

Cindy was instrumental in leading FLVS through the College Board AP Audit. In 2007, Cindy began serving in the Global Services department as an eSolutions Manager. Because she has first-hand experience in successfully teaching online students, Cindy finds great enjoyment and energy in designing solutions for educators who are creating similar opportunities for young people.

A certified instructor in gifted education, Cindy received her B.S. from Auburn University in Secondary Education.
